The HR Representative will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance management processes.

  • Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and initiatives that align with the company's goals.

  • Organize and conduct employee training sessions and professional development programs.

  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and conflict resolution.

  • Collaborate with management to support workforce planning and talent development strategies.


Requirements

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

    • Familiarity with local labor laws and compliance requirements.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
