Terms
The terms on which TTFA Academy runs its programs and this website: enrolment, fees, what is included, your account, certificates, career support, refunds and liability.
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. These terms
These terms are between you and TTFA Technologies Private Limited (“TTFA”, “we”), which runs TTFA Academy. They apply to this website, to any enquiry you make, and, once you enrol, to your program and your use of the learning platform at app.ttfaacademy.com.
By enrolling you accept them. Our privacy notice explains what we do with your personal data, and our refund policy explains when a fee is refunded; both are part of these terms.
2. Who can enrol
You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for you. Programs are taught in English and Hindi and need a computer and a reliable internet connection; a counsellor tells you what each program needs before you pay.
3. Enquiries and counselling
An enquiry or a counselling call commits neither of us to anything. A counsellor tells you which program fits what you do today, and says so if none does. We may decline an enrolment where a program is not a fit.
4. Enrolment
Your seat is confirmed when we have your payment (or the first instalment) against a written offer that states the program, the batch and its start date, the fee, GST, any instalment schedule, and the duration. Program lengths are given as a range (for example 12 to 16 weeks) because the pace depends on you; the offer states the batch timetable.
We may move a batch start by up to two weeks with notice. If we cancel a batch before it starts, you get a full refund or a seat in the next batch, your choice.
5. Fees, GST and instalments
- The fee is the one in your written offer, which shows the full fee, GST, any instalment interest or processing charge, and any other charge before you pay. Nothing is added at checkout. Instalment plans through a lender are subject to the lender’s approval. Fees can change; a confirmed enrolment keeps its fee.
- Where an instalment plan is offered, the schedule is in your offer. If an instalment is more than 15 days late we may pause your platform access until it is paid; we tell you before we do.
- Payments go through a licensed payment gateway. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
- Fees for vendor certification exams (for example Microsoft, Tableau or Alteryx exams) and any paid third-party software are not included unless the offer says so; we use trial or community editions in class wherever a tool allows it.
6. What a program includes
- Live online classes on the batch timetable, recorded the same day.
- Access to the learning platform, the recordings and the materials for 2 years from your batch start date.
- A daily doubt-solving session, and 1:1 mentor slots as described for your program.
- Projects, assignments and their review.
- A TTFA certificate of completion when you meet the completion criteria (section 10).
- Career support as described in section 11.
Mentors, the order of modules, tools and versions can change to keep the program current; the outcome the program is built for does not.
7. Your account and conduct
- One enrolment is one learner. Your account, the classes and the recordings are for you and cannot be shared, sold or transferred.
- Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under it; tell us at once if you think it has been misused.
- Treat mentors and other learners with respect. Recording other learners, harassment, and submitting someone else’s work as your own are not allowed.
- Do not download, copy, publish or resell recordings or materials, or use them to run a course of your own.
If you break these rules we may warn you, or suspend or end your access. Where the breach is serious (sharing credentials or materials, abuse), access ends without a refund.
Appearing in TTFA’s marketing (a testimonial, a photo, a recorded session used publicly) is voluntary and is consented to separately in writing. Saying no, or withdrawing later, never affects your enrolment, your certificate or your career support.
8. Intellectual property
© TTFA Academy. All rights reserved. The program materials, recordings, slides, exercises and the platform belong to TTFA or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning while you have access, and nothing more. Recordings may carry your name or learner ID as a watermark.
The projects and assignments you build are yours. You may show them in your portfolio. We show a learner’s work publicly only with that learner’s written consent.
TTFA Academy is an independent training provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Microsoft, Salesforce or Alteryx. Microsoft, Power BI, Excel and Fabric are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Tableau is a trademark of Salesforce, Inc. Alteryx is a trademark of Alteryx, Inc. Names are used only to identify the tools taught. Other product names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to say what a program teaches.
9. Classes, attendance and recordings
Classes run live online on the batch timetable; recordings are on the platform the same day. If you miss a class, watch the recording and bring your questions to the doubt session or a 1:1 slot. A class may be rescheduled with notice; if a mentor is unavailable, another mentor takes the class or it is rescheduled.
10. Certificates and vendor exams
You receive a TTFA certificate of completion when you have attended or watched the program’s classes and submitted the required projects. TTFA Academy certificate of completion. Not a degree or diploma, and not recognised by UGC or AICTE. It is not a Microsoft, Tableau or Alteryx certification.
Some programs prepare you for certification exams run by the tool vendors (for example the Microsoft PL-300 exam). Those exams are separate: registered with, paid to and passed at the vendor. Preparation is not a guarantee of passing.
11. Career support
Career support means help: reviews of your CV and profiles, mock interviews, guidance on applying, and introductions where we have them. It is a service we provide to every learner who completes a program.
It is not a promise. We do not guarantee an interview, a job, a role, a salary or a placement, and no counsellor or mentor may promise one. If anyone at TTFA does, tell us.
12. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy, which is part of these terms. In short: a refund is available only if you ask within 7 days of your enrolment being confirmed and have attended no more than three live classes. After that, no refund is due; TTFA may, at its sole discretion, allow a partial refund in exceptional circumstances.
13. What we are responsible for
We will run your program with reasonable care and skill and as described in your offer. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for loss of earnings or business, or for anything caused by your own equipment, internet connection or a third-party service (Zoom, WhatsApp, a payment gateway) being unavailable.
Our total liability to you for a program is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited, or our liability for fraud.
14. Third-party services
Classes use Zoom; messages may use WhatsApp; payments use a payment gateway; some programs use vendor software under that vendor’s licence. Each is subject to its own terms, which you accept when you use it.
15. Ending an enrolment
You may leave a program at any time; the refund policy says what, if anything, is refunded. We may end an enrolment for a serious breach of section 7, or where an instalment stays unpaid after notice. Sections 8, 13 and 16 survive the end of an enrolment.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. Changes apply to enrolments made after that date. For an enrolment already confirmed, the terms in force on your enrolment date apply unless a change is required by law or is in your favour.
17. Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@ttfaacademy.com; we answer within 30 days and most things are settled there. Otherwise the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to approach a consumer forum.
